I’m confused about your frame sizes. Can you tell me what I can expect when ordering a framed piece?
Yes! When selecting a size for a framed print you are selecting the size of the finished product. Not the size of the print. Some framed prints come with a mat. In order to make space for the mat, prints are undersized. For example: If you choose a framed print in a 16×20 size, the frame will be roughly 16×20 with a 13×16 print.

What about print sizes?
The size you select in the drop down menu will be the size print you receive. Please contact us directly if you would like to purchase matted prints without a frame.

Are your prints and frames environmentally friendly?
We strive to create an environmentally friendly process. All products are made and shipped within the United States. We use recycled packaging and branding materials when possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all our art via UPS.

What type of packaging do you use?
Fine art prints are shipped flat. Framed items are covered securely and placed in corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.

When will my art arrive?
You can estimate your art’s arrival by adding the processing and transit times. We typically ship prints within 10 business days, and framed items within 14 business days.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your art ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder for an e-mail from us.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary based on the quantity and type of art you’ve ordered.

Is my package insured?
In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship overseas. However, due to varying shipping costs to different countries, you will need to contact us directly to place an order so we can discuss shipping options and pricing with you.


What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you have received a damaged or wrong order, please contact us here:
In some cases, you may be asked to return the damaged order or work with UPS or Fedex in order to facilitate an insurance claim.


How do I place an order?
Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button located next to the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click “Proceed to Checkout” from within your cart and follow the instructions. If you have any problems while ordering or have any questions about the ordering process, please contact us. We will respond to all e-mails within 24 hours.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. However, we delay processing orders for 24 hours. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. After the 24 hour threshold, we will be unable to cancel or change your order. Contact us immediately if you would like to add additional pieces to your order but please note that there may be a shipment delay.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
Due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (1½”)
